Why can't I see any prices in the GBT web shop?

Prices are only visible once you are logged in to the GBT web shop.

I forgot my password / I can't log in!

Click on “Forgot password” and enter your email address. You will immediately be sent an automatically generated email with a temporary password. Don’t forget to check all of your email folders (including spam).

Our practice is not located in Switzerland. Can we also order from the GBT web shop?

Unfortunately not. The GBT web shop is only for dental professional located in Switzerland. However, we are working on expanding this.

Registration

Can I order from the GBT web shop as a private individual?

According to the law, we are not permitted to sell any items to private individuals. In addition, our business processes are designed to sell exclusively to companies. As a result, we sell exclusively to dental practices, dental laboratories, and dental training centers.

Can anyone register with the GBT web shop?

The GBT web shop is exclusively for registered dental practices, dental laboratories, and dental training centers.

We are having problems with the registration.

Payment

I have a voucher. How and where can I redeem it?

You can find a field to redeem the code in the order summary in the Shopping Cart.

Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under 200 chf, we calculate a flat rate of 11 chf. There are no shipping costs for orders equal or over 200 chf.

Which shipping provider is used to send my goods?

Shipping carriers may vary depending on your order and location.

How long does delivery take?

Typically, our delivery times range from 3 to 5 days.

Complaints / Returns

I have a complaint. The items delivered are faulty or defective.

Send an email with a detailed description of the defect or fault and a photo to gbtshop@ems-ch.com. We will deal with your matter as quickly as possible.

I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I cancel or retract the order before delivery?

Unfortunately, that is not possible for technical reasons. Please accept the delivery and contact us by email at gbtshop@ems-ch.com upon receipt.

I changed my mind and would like to return an item or the entire order.

It is not possible to return goods that are not faulty.
